An idyllic farmhouse next to a canal. Horses graze, birds sing and a cat saunters by. A mother and a son live here. The daughter lives close by. Together they run a riding school – and will do forever! Is it necessary cut loose from the family at some point? What is an independent life? In the evening the mother takes the last walk around the yard, locks up and turns out the lights.
